To be responsible for planning of orders in hand for efficient, outline and cost-effective execution of orders/projects in hand by way of material planning, resources planning, make or buy decision, handholding with stakeholders.

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. To be the technical backbone of project/order allocated for error-free and timely execution.
2. To be responsible for materials planning, raise purchase requisition, in process outsourcing
   stages, smooth completion till dispatch.( BOM Preparation, Cutting Layout, DXF, R/M
   Calculation)
3. Assist purchase department with reference to techniques requirement of the project (PR to PO,
   PO to GR, QC Clearance).
4. Build reliable vendor base by way of identifying strengths of current/new suppliers to meet
   production targets and exigencies.
5. To develop trust with customer by maintaining continuous and healthy communication and
   Weekly and periodical reporting.
6. To do budgeting of the project before execution, obtaining approval and execute it well within
   budget.
7. To follow SAP-B1 ERP for effective expectation.
8. To be motivated, enthusiastic team member setting benchmark for new recruits.
